Segregated Customer Accounts
All customer funds are held separately in segregated client accounts with one of the world’s largest financial institutions. These accounts are separate from our corporate accounts and we cannot use them to settle any of our own obligations.

Bendix takes the safety of your personal data very seriously. Bendix Foreign Exchange uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 bit encryption on required site pages (within the logged in section)
Regulatory Compliance
In all of the jurisdictions we operate in, Bendix Foreign Exchange is fully committed to cooperating with applicable laws and regulations designed to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. Bendix is required by law to file reports with the regulators in the jurisdictions where we do business in. We compile and submit our data to regulators on a regular basis.

Bendix holds a license with Autorite des Marches Financiers (AMF) to operate as a money services in Quebec.
